Recurrent Respiratory Papillomatosis Foundation Position Statement on the Management of Adults With RRP

We are pleased to share a newly published RRPF Position Statement outlining a contemporary, evidence-based approach to the management of adults with recurrent respiratory papillomatosis (RRP). This paper presents a practical management algorithm that integrates recent advances, including FDA-approved HPV-specific immunotherapy and growing experience with systemic bevacizumab, alongside recommendations for HPV typing, pulmonary surveillance, and multidisciplinary care. Developed by RRPF-supported key opinion leaders with direct patient input, this guidance is intended to support shared decision-making and help clinicians and patients navigate evolving treatment options in adult RRP.
